Often underrated vegetable, the carrot is scientifically proven to make us feel happy. Like, in my opinion, carrots are the most lively vegetables to eat. The sound of crackle and crunch when you bite into them is simply irresistible.
Carrots have been associated with having mood-boosting properties including vitamin C. Did you know that a single carrot contains 500 carotene which is beneficial to prevent brain damage and also keep your skin healthy?
Adding these red-colored delicious vegetables to your diet will surely make you feel happy.
